Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of RankFirst during the current private beta. They are written for a small software product, not a giant enterprise procurement packet, so the goal here is clarity.
Who can use RankFirst
You may use RankFirst for lawful business purposes if you are at least 18 years old and have authority to act for the site, company, or client account you connect to the product.
If you are using RankFirst for a client, you are responsible for making sure you actually have permission to connect that site, generate content for it, and receive related notifications or webhook traffic.
Accounts, sites, and credentials
Keep your account credentials, API keys, and webhook secrets private. Activity that happens through your account or site credentials is your responsibility unless you report unauthorized use promptly.
You agree to provide accurate setup information and keep your connected site details reasonably current, because broken domains, stale callbacks, and old secrets turn into real operational problems fast.
Your content and our software
You keep ownership of the content, site data, prompts, and materials you provide to RankFirst. We keep ownership of the RankFirst product, software, models, workflows, design, and related intellectual property.
You give us the limited rights we need to host, process, transform, transmit, and display your content and site data so the product can work, support can troubleshoot issues, and background jobs can run.
Acceptable use
Use the product in a way that is lawful and honest. Do not use RankFirst to publish deceptive material, infringe another party's rights, spread malware, abuse third-party services, or interfere with the normal operation of the platform.
- No unauthorized access attempts, scraping around access controls, or credential sharing meant to bypass plan or account limits
- No use of generated pages, assets, or automations for fraud, impersonation, phishing, or harmful spam
- No connecting sites you do not own or manage
Beta service and changes
RankFirst is still a beta product. Features will change, background jobs may be tuned aggressively, and parts of the product may appear or disappear as we improve quality and operational safety.
We do not promise uninterrupted availability, a specific uptime target, or that every generated output will be suitable for publication without review. You should review material before relying on it in production.
Suspension, termination, and feedback
We may suspend or end access if use creates security risk, legal risk, abuse, infrastructure strain, or clear product misuse. You may stop using the service at any time.
If you send feedback, feature ideas, or bug reports, we may use them to improve the product without owing you compensation. That is pretty standard, and in beta it matters because a lot of the roadmap comes straight from user feedback.
